We sell elk meat by the hanging weight. If you are looking for small quantities, please visit www.healthyelkmeat.com for a selection of cuts and other snack products.
Our price for hanging weight is $3.00 per pound. For example, a 550 pound cow would hang at approximately 330 pounds. You would be paying us $990.00 (330lbsX$3.00/lb) and you can take it to the butcher of your choice or we have an excellent butcher that packages everything boneless.
